The Summer has taken its job seriously here in the Northwest! It’s blazing hot during the afternoon in most days, but has not rained much…so no complaints there. I have taken full advantage of the shorts-and-cold-shoulder-top weather, so shorts and cold shoulder top they are! Believe or not, this is the first cold shoulder top I have owned. It seems to be a trend, and I don’t buy a lot of trendy pieces, but for this I will break a habit. The highlight of this top is the ruffle sleeves, adding the interesting details to the piece. Cool and stylish is always a winning combination in the fashion world.
