Cameo Sweater & Combat Boots with Chanel Boy

Good evening!

Hope you all had a great and well rested weekend.

We certainly hibernated from the rain for two days straight.  So yes, I’m very well rested and ready for the week ahead.  Outfit of the day was laid back, I ran errands today in this “cold in the morning and really warm in the afternoon” kind of day, hence the …hybrid attire.

I was on a mission to find a pair of combat boots for a long time, but could not accomplish this for couple years.  I have long feet but skinny ankles, and often times, the boots look really bulky on.  Them comes one day, I stumbled across these in Macys.  There were the only size left on the clearance rack, and the best thing, they were my size!!! For some reason these boots fit well, so far better than the ones I had tried.  They will be my best travel companion!

Boots: Circuit by Sam Edelman (from Macy’s)

Bag: Chanel Boy (from Chanel boutique, 13′ collection)

Neutral tone dress and Chanel Lipstick Bag

Good morning!

It’s a pouring rain Friday! A bad day for commuters in LA today.   I myself is one of those, had to leave for work at 4:45 AM so I can get to work on time.  Rain is really RARE here in LA.  As much I LOVE the gorgeous Southern California weather, we been having major drought.  Grass in my lawn has been dressed in yellow.  Can’t wait to see more lively green back after this weekend.   .

So long for the weather! Reflecting back to last week, one of the beautiful days in Huntington beach, the main feature for today’s blog is my H&M dress I bought a while back (I’m so sorry 🙁 ), only save it for special occasions.  I can’t never go wrong with this dress. Nertral tone pieces have always been staple in my closet.

I can’t think of any other bag in my collection that is a “match made in closet heaven” to this dress other than my Chanel Lipstick bag.

Also, to stick to the neutral theme, I pair this with gold tone jewlery.
