Ruffled Turtleneck Midi

Hope you are starting out a great week so far. Today’s post featuring one of my all time favorite trait in fashion, a turtleneck piece, even better, a ruffled turtleneck. I’ve been drawn to this since I was very young. There’s something so classic about it. It totally fit me as a conservative type. I painted a dash of bright blue accessories to turquoise color to give a little more edge to the outfit.
